A: Unbound is a space for mindfulness, movement, and self-discovery. Through guided sessions, mindful journeys, and creative practices, we help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and find clarity in your everyday life.
A: Right now, we offer: • Weekly Dance Sessions — 90-minute guided movement practices in small groups. • Mindfulness Journeys (1:1 sessions) — Personalized explorations using practices like breathwork, food play, conscious centering, and gentle tantra introduction. • Seasonal Journeys (1:1 sessions) — Themed sessions that help you find grounding and presence during the busier times of the year (like the holidays).
A: Our group classes are hosted at unique wellness-focused venues around the community. Each location offers something special — from yoga studios to holistic healing centers — so you can discover new ways of supporting your well-being. We are currently scouting for funding and a permanent location to call home. For private sessions, we offer both in-person (location provided after booking) and virtual options so you can join from anywhere.
A: No experience is necessary! Every session is designed for all levels. Come as you are — curious, open, and willing to explore.
