Each week, we gather for a 90-minute guided dance journey designed to help you shake off stress, reconnect with your body, and drop into the present moment. No choreography, no judgment — just music, movement, and freedom. In a small group setting, you'll explore your own rhythm while I offer gentle guidance to keep the flow. Whether you come to release tension, build body awareness, or simply to move with joy, these sessions become a grounding practice you can return to again and again.
