If you're here, something in you is ready.

Maybe you need a reset. Maybe you've been carrying too much for too long. Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, your joy, your clarity... your self.
These sessions are a space to come home. Not in a performative way. Not in a "fix me" way. In a real, grounded, human way.
I'm not a therapist — but I've heard this more times than I can count:
"This feels like therapy... just without all the pressure."
Because it is. It's support that's practical, embodied, and tailored to you. I empower you with tools that help you move through life feeling more regulated, present, and free.
My private sessions blend conversation, nervous system support, and embodied practices that help you reconnect to yourself. Depending on what you need, we may explore:
Some sessions feel like a deep exhale.
Some feel like a breakthrough.
Some feel like you finally have a place to land.
And if you don't know what you need yet? That's okay. We'll find it together.
These sessions are for you if:
You don't need to have the perfect words.
You don't need to be "at your worst."
You just need to show up.
This is the part people don't realize they've been needing.
In our sessions, you'll learn things like:
These aren't "trendy tools." These are lifelong skills.
One session can absolutely reset your day, give you that spark you've been looking for in your coffee cup, or inspire and open healing pathways.
But booking multiple sessions gives us the chance to go deeper. I get to actually know you:
That's when sessions become truly tailored — and the results build on each other.
This is where the real shift happens: not by pushing harder... but by learning how to look at life differently.
I met Janis before 2020, but our friendship truly deepened once we were assigned as work partners. Over countless hours of conversation, she became someone I not only trusted, but genuinely looked up to.
During a period of my life where I was navigating traumatic and challenging experiences, Janis had a way of speaking to my soul—grounding me, expanding my perspective, and helping me find strength when I couldn't access it on my own.
The impact she had on me was so real that I eventually asked if I could pay her to teach me some of the lessons she's learned through her travels, her personal healing journey, and her work with Tantra. That moment ended up becoming the beginning of something bigger. Janis began creating her first healing wisdom experiences, and I had the privilege of witnessing those early offerings come to life.
Janis doesn't just talk about growth, she lives it. She took the time to truly understand me on a deep level, and encouraged me in ways I never thought I was capable of.
When Janis told me about Unbound, I instantly felt like she created a heartbeat for the community. I highly recommend booking a one-on-one session with Janis and supporting Unbound in any way you can.

I met Janis through mutual friends, but the first time I met her was the very first Full Moon Journey. I didn't know exactly what to expect going into it, I just knew I was craving something real. I needed connection, intention, and a reset going into the new year.
During the event, Janis created a space that felt both powerful and safe. There was a natural flow and even though I was with a new group of people, it didn't feel forced or overly structured. She has a rare gift for bringing people together and making each person feel seen without putting anyone on the spot.
One of the most meaningful parts of the night for me was the connection we shared in setting intentions for the year ahead. The conversation felt honest, grounding, and genuinely energizing. Janis has really unique energy and provides the kind of exchange that reminds you what life is supposed to feel like when you're surrounded by good people.
Janis is a strong leader, but the way she leads is different. She doesn't lead with control or performance, she leads with wisdom, warmth, and presence. She carries real life experience, and the inspiration she offers feels earned, not rehearsed.

I believe life is meant to be lived awake; not rushed through, not performed, not numbed out. I believe we're here to feel, to heal, to create, and to come home to ourselves again and again.
I believe the body is a compass. That our nervous system tells the truth before our minds catch up. That movement can be medicine. That dancing, breath, stillness, laughter, tears, nature, touch, music, and presence are not "extras"... they are ways we return to what's real.
I believe healing doesn't have to be heavy to be powerful. That joy can be sacred. That celebration can be intentional. That a "party" can also be a portal into release, clarity, community, and freedom.
I believe connection is one of the deepest human needs. I believe that isolation is a quiet kind of harm. And that community — real, embodied, safe community — can change the trajectory of someone's entire life.
I believe everyone deserves a place they can belong, without having to change who they are to be welcomed. A place where all backgrounds, belief systems, and identities can exist side by side with mutual respect. I don't believe in forcing one way... I believe in creating space for many ways.
I believe ancient wisdom matters and that the Western world didn't invent wellness. I honor practices that come from cultures older than modern systems, and I carry a deep respect for what humans have always known: that ritual, rhythm, prayer, embodiment, community, and earth-connection have always been pathways back to wholeness.
I believe mindfulness is not just quietness, it's being here... Inside your body, Inside your truth, Inside your life as it actually is, and if it isn't... then to gently offer you guidance to finding out what that path looks like for you.
I believe people are more than what they've been through. More than their trauma. More than their labels. More than what society has handed them. And I believe every person has something sacred, creative, resilient, and wise inside them.
I believe life is meant to be lived on purpose and that love is an action. Not just a feeling. Not just a word. But what we build, what we give, what we choose, and how we show up for others.
And I believe this most: The world changes when people feel free inside of themselves. And Unbound is my way of offering that freedom. I will offer it through movement, mindfulness, artistry, community, and intentional experiences that bring people back to life.
Unbound sessions are not therapy and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. These sessions support mindfulness, embodiment, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation.
